I made an account here so I could leave a note to say what a beautiful story this was. Lovely and I found each 'visitor' he had meaningful and special, though it felt especially right that it was Eowyn at the end. And like Kei said in, Fin the warrioress is so cool! And his son-in-law was intriguing, as was the rest of his family.
Really could tell this was written with love.
I am so thrilled and speechless that you would make an account for this..thank you so so much. This was one of those fics that just poured out in one go..from an image inspired by a song originally..and somehow it really wanted to come out. As you note..it is kind of evident that I have a thing for a certain Ranger :)
But truly..thank you..this make writing so worthwhile

This is one of the most wonderful things I have read in a while. Somehow in this small space you introduced us to an entire family, every one of them distinct and his or her own person, and let us join the vigil while seeing them through Faramir's eyes. One thing that made me smile at its rightness was finding that Eowyn's daughter became a sell-sword and crossed a desert and found her prince. That was perfect. In fact, all of it was perfect including the house filled with all the people that mattered to him and the final departure with Eowyn, westward to a new adventure. I loved every word of it.
Thank you so so much Keiliss. This is one of my fav stories and to know that you liked it so much is simply a thrill. *blush* I have promised Annafan to write Fin and Arun's story one day.. but Theomund's next bit is next. The sequel to Welcome to Rivendell.
